This ensures high-speed centrifugal grinding, scraping, cutting, and filing of the edges and inner holes, removing burrs without leaving blind spots. Uniform R arcs are formed on edges and holes (adjustable using different processes and abrasive belts). 2. Independent Operation Modes: o The sand belt station can operate independently for metal surface hairline finishing, polishing, deoxidation, and slag removal. o The roller brush station can operate independently for 360° deburring, particularly for laser-cut and CNC-punched coated sheet metal parts.
