Burrs generated during stamping, shearing, laser cutting, plasma cutting, and flame cutting processes can be completely removed in all directions in one pass. Working Principle of the Equipment 1. Deburring Process: o Sand Belt Station: Removes slag particles and larger burrs from the workpiece surface. o Six Universal Sand Tablet Roller Brushes: Adjacent brushes rotate in opposite directions, while the brush combination revolves. This ensures high-speed centrifugal grinding, scraping, cutting, and filing of the edges and inner holes, removing burrs without leaving blind spots. Uniform R arcs are formed on edges and holes (adjustable using different processes and abrasive belts). 2. Independent Operation Modes: o The sand belt station can operate independently for metal surface hairline finishing, polishing, deoxidation, and slag removal. o The roller brush station can operate independently for 360° deburring, particularly for laser-cut and CNC-punched coated sheet metal parts. Burrs are cleanly removed without damaging the coating or scratching the sheet metal. 3. Special Features: o The equipment uses soft abrasive wires designed specifically for burrs, ensuring no damage to coated surfaces during deburring. o Vacuum Negative Pressure Adsorption: Secures workpieces above 50mm × 50mm (without holes) for tooling-free processing. Custom tooling is available for special workpieces. o Dust Collection System: Equipped with a wet vacuum dust collector that efficiently captures grinding dust. Dust is absorbed into a chamber and settled in water spray for environmental filtration.
